Powerful features, priced for Philippine businesses.
One price per company, with every control and every BIR form in every plan. Approval limits, separation of duties, three-way match, 2307s and alphalist files are never an upgrade; plans differ in how much of your operation they run.

Groups of companies
Each company keeps its own workspace, plan and invoice in its own name. Every further company in the group gets 25% off for each billing cycle it stays active.

Order-to-cash
Coming soon
Being built: BIR sales invoices with expected withholding, credit holds at the sales order, short payments explained, and the 2307s your customers owe you, tracked. Not available yet, and not priced.
Every feature of every plan, Enterprise included, for 30 days, with no card. A trial that hid features would be a trial of a smaller product than the one you are choosing.
What happens when the 30-day trial ends?
If no plan has been chosen, the workspace turns read-only: every record stays visible, printable and exportable, including your 2307s and journal export, but nothing new can be raised or approved until a plan is active. You are never locked out of your own books.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. A change applies from your next billing cycle. Moving to a smaller plan never takes away what you rely on: roles you defined keep working, and budgets stay on record.
Do the prices include taxes?
No. Prices exclude applicable taxes. Any tax that applies is shown separately on your billing statement and invoice.
What counts as a user?
Any active member of your workspace, and anyone invited who has not yet accepted. Deactivating someone or withdrawing an invitation frees the seat straight away, and the history of a deactivated person stays on every document they touched.
Groups and payment 3 questions
We are a group of companies. How are we billed?
Each company has its own workspace, plan and invoice in its own name, and pays separately. Every company after the first gets 25% off for each billing cycle it stays active.
How do we pay?
By one of the ways shown on your billing statement, in Configure › Plan and billing. You receive a statement for each billing cycle, and an invoice for every payment.
Does bills.ph replace our accounting system?
No. bills.ph runs purchase-to-pay and exports balanced journal entries to the accounting system you already use.
